Event Regulations

Attendees must be at least 16 years old to participate in the event.

TEDx BUV is not responsible for any injuries or accidents involving attendees.
[03]
If medical assistance is required, attendees agree to authorize TEDx BUV to transport them to the nearest medical facility and cover all related costs.

The possession or consumption of stimulants (vape, pods, cigarettes, etc.) and illegal substances is prohibited within the event premises. If discovered, attendees will be required to leave the event area and may be held accountable by authorities.

Do not bring dangerous, sharp objects, or bulky items into the event premises.
[06]
Attendees must not damage, vandalize, or steal any property at the event.
[07]
It is forbidden to bring food with high liquid content or drinks into the talk areas (Theatre Pod 3-3, Sir Graeme Davies).

TEDx BUV has the right to confiscate and dispose of any items from attendees that may disturb others.
[09]
Each participant is allowed to check in only once. If a participant leaves the event premises, they will not be permitted to re-enter without prior authorization from the Organizing Committee.

Do not enter areas outside of the event without authorization. Please follow TEDx BUV instructions from check-in through all other activities during the event.

All live streaming and audio recording are strictly prohibited.
[12]
Violation of any Event Regulation may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
[13]
In any case of dispute, TEDx BUV’s decision is final.
